FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:   How often should my dog be groomed?

A:  Although an appropriate schedule for your dog depends on breed, age, coat, and health, dogs typically should be groomed every four to six weeks to maximize the health benefits of professional grooming.

Q:  What kind of products do you use?

A:  All of our products are specially formulated to tackle the individual skin/coat issues that occur in dogs.  We use only professional grade, premium shampoos, conditioners, ear cleaners and leave-in sprays.

Q:  How much will it cost to get my dog groomed?

A:  Price of a professional grooming is as individual as each dog.  Please note that any price quoted via the internet or phone is only an estimate and the actual price may vary.  There is a base price for grooming that is calculated by the weight of the dog.  This base price is for a dog that is of a healthy weight, whose coat is in good condition with no mats or debris, that stands and behaves well for grooming.   Some of the additional charges that may apply include:  additional baths, conditioning rinse, poor coat condition fees, flea and/or medicated baths, and special handling fees (for obese, elderly and/or ill tempered pets).
